Details and tickets

The Bluebell Railway's traditional Santa trip leaves from Sheffield Park and runs through winter countryside to Horsted Keynes. Children get a Santa meeting and a present, and for 2026 each child also gets an activity pack with games, puzzles and keepsakes.

You can book your own compartment for your group or reserved seats in an open carriage. There are four departures a day, so you can pick a morning or afternoon slot.

Good to know: Book ahead, as seat and compartment types differ between the two sets of carriages.
