What's On Sussex is run by 16 Seater Travel Ltd, Gatewick Farm, Steyning BN44 3SF.

When you send us a listing, an update or a quote request, we keep the details you give us so we can check your listing, answer you or send you a price. Your own name, email and phone number are never shown on the site.

If you sign up for the weekly email, we use your address only to send it. Every email has a way to leave.

Events you save to My List, and the events you've looked at, stay on your own device. They're never sent to us.

We don't sell or share your details. The site has no advertising trackers. Maps come from OpenStreetMap and fonts from Google Fonts, which see your device's address when they load. Our host (Netlify) keeps standard server logs to keep the site safe.

To see, correct or remove what we hold about you, email info@16seatertravel.co.uk.
